Zeiss DTI 4/50 Thermal Monocular

The Zeiss DTI 4/50 features a 1024x768 AMOLED display offering high contrast images and a 'low noise' 640x512 sensor with sub 25mK NETD rating. Designed to be ergonomic with intelligently positioned buttons for both left hand and right handed use. The digital zoom can be increased gradually and three observations modes (universal, detect and fog) allow heat sources to be highlighted further while reducing the background if needed for certain weather conditions. There are also 8 different colour modes suitable for different surroundings.

The Zeiss DTI 4/50 thermal imager has a Picture-in-Picture function which allows a higher magnification image to be displayed within the main image giving more detail without loosing the field of view of the main image. 'Hot Tracking' can be enabled which frames the hottest heat source in the image with a red box making it easier to find heat sources in dense cover. A compass overlay can also be enabled to help with directions if you are out with another person or for your own reference. The smart standby function shuts the screen off when the device is not in use pointing down.

The magnification can be capped at a level that you set through the customisable options on the Zeiss DTI 4/50 thermal, any colour modes you do not require can also be removed or added again too.
